I booked Poplars Farm Barn for a family trip (six of us), and it completely exceeded expectations. The house is stunning — every room is beautifully designed and finished to a really high standard. Despite its size, it has an intimate, cosy feel that makes it easy to unwind and find quiet moments when you need them. The attention to detail is incredible: exposed brick, beams, and thoughtful touches in every corner. It’s modern and luxurious, yet the charm and character of the old barn remain perfectly preserved.
The welcome touches were lovely — fresh eggs, milk, bread, a bottle of bubbly, local coffee, and fresh foliage in vases. It’s clear how much care goes into making guests feel at home.
Holly and Charlie came by to say hello, which was such a nice gesture (they are lovely!) The views and architecture are breath-taking, and the whole place has a calm, relaxed atmosphere.
Within 15 minutes, you can be at West Wittering beach, East Wittering for amazing food or Chichester Town Centre - although nestled amongst beautiful countryside, it is close to everything you need.
Honestly, my only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. We have already decided as a family we will be rebooking in the summer.

WOW! What a find. This place is absolutely superb. The attention to details, the space, the design, the hosts, the view, the comfort, the location, I could go on and on! Absolutely stunning place to stay. Can’t wait to rebook. Highly recommended
