It was a very good choice for a group that has multiple family units. Our large group was had two with small children so to be able to put them to bed and still have a common area where we could spend time without waking them up was great.
The area was very quiet and rural yet it does not take long (15 minutes) to be at the beautiful west wittering beach, or Chichester.
It was not problem for me, but some of the younger members of our group complained the WiFi was not very good.
As we were a big group traveling from all over the UK we had 4 cars between us and it was only just possible to all get parked on the driveway.
