Katrins Nest is ideally located near to Southbourne beach and a short walk into the main heart of Southbourne. It is modern, bright and clean and very comfortable. Ideal for a couple. It has everything you could need. This is our second visit and we weren't disappointed. The communication with the owner was excellent.
The only things I would have liked to see was a washing up bowl and a drainer to put the plates on. Also a couple of taller glasses but apart from that everything else was great.

Had everything we needed. Clean and a great base to explore Southbourne and surrounding area.
Bed was super comfy and was nice modern and clean. Host was very accommodating and friendly.
