I was bowled over by the kindness of the staff, especially Vicki. She helped me find the right room when my fellow travelers couldn’t come. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and had an easy checkout, accommodating my schedule for departure. I felt I could ask for what I needed. The bed was so comfortable and the room had everything I needed. It was also very well located, above a fantastic restaurant and on a street with many great places to eat and shop. A perfect place to wake up in and return to.

The room was great and very clean! It was in the perfect location, not too loud, and friendly staff. Their remote check-in process was very detailed and easy to navigate.
Would suggest popping into Siti downstairs for a drink before checking in too!

Very nice rooms and location. Nice restaurants and dinners in the area. Very close to Austin main attractions.
It’s almost entirely operated remotely (apparently), you only come across cleaning staff in the morning and that’s all. I had trouble opening the door first time with the code given by email (I had to push harder on the door, I thought I was going to break something), so not the most welcoming experience. There is no breakfast served in the hotel (I initially thought the restaurant below was doing it but no) and the website of the hotel was not completely clear about this.
