It was a nice hotel. I would still stay again.

It was conveniently located to the concert venue.

The water pressure was very low in my shower. There was a constant loud noise outside my window maybe the next room. I couldn’t hear on my conference calls while I was working from the room. I don’t know if the maintenance guy ever found it.

Good, it was close to Moody Center.

The people were very nice.

Parking was supposed to be $20 dollars, it was more. I paid for city view, it did not have a view. Breakfast is usually complimentary, it was way too much money for a breakfast.

15 min walking distance from moody center

They charge you parking 30 daily! Booking should tell you that when you make reservations!

Good hotel stay. Would choose this location I the future

Convenient location to event attended. Clean and quiet atmosphere. Bar and grill available

The shrimp tacos were fried and did not offer grill option. Burger had chipotle sauce which took away from the flavor of a regular hamburger. Pool had leaves and debris from the tree that over hangs and did not appear clean, suggest a pool cover and cut/ trim the tree that is hanging over the pool.

I had to pay $30.00 a day for parking! There are no close restaurants near this location.

L’hôtel était correct mais le service nul!

Premier jour, je n’ai jamais eu le petit déjeuner commandé après 40 mns d’attente! J’avais commandé des toasts grillés ! Le lendemain, on m’a facturé un petit déjeuner à 20 dollars alors que mon petit déjeuner était compris dans le tarif! Personnel à la réception tout sauf helpful.

A bit too much noise form the nearby freeeway.

Location

I was in an end room with no sunlight! The scenery was covered with trees. Not alot items to choose in the store. Charged $25/night for parking on a self service parking lot. Room not the cleanest. I cleaned my room.

Rooms were clean.

Front desk thought I was stealing for something I paid for as well as just not making me as the customer comfortable. I got a knock at 11 to see if I was ready for check out when clearly check out was at 12 & they came back to check at 11:45. Super uncomfortable.

While we had a great time going to the concert and the hotel location was great, front desk staff should pay more attent

Property location was excellent; right across the street from the venue. Bar and bar staff were excellent; drinks a bit pricey.

Bathrooms could use a bit more care for cleanliness; long hairs in bathtub/shower and on towels. Front desk staff charged me again for rooms that were prepaid.

surprise daily parking fee of $27/day, broken ice machine, very cold room…tried adjusting thermostat, but it did adjust the room temp. Uncomfortably cold to sleep in.

The breakfast was exceptional good. The service was very nice and professional. Friendly front desk.

the front desk ladies were super. they offered rounds of cookies for my daughters.

parking was 28 instead of 20 list on booking sites.
