Staff were so attentive and made life easy. Free breakfast included was really great and the room was enormous and comfortable
The only negative if any is this property is a little bit out of the way of central downtown Austin, nothing too drastic though thats being nitpicky!

Nice location and don’t feel unsafe near hotel.
Staff working breakfast were great and constantly hustling.
Receptionist who checked us in was also great.
AC in lobby not working and AC on 9th floor was non existent other than bi-product of room AC. 9th floor was the highest floor so maybe the lower ones were better.
Breakfast could use some TLC. Pancakes were hard and fruit wasn’t very ripe.
