The complex is very centrally located downtown. We were dropping our son at UT and his dorm was an 8-minute drive away. The unit itself was quite large for a 1 bedroom, with nice amenities. Parking was convenient, and the gym is well appointed. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. Overall a really nice option.
Minor things: the building is large so the walk from the car to the room can be long. Since we were moving my son with a bunch of luggage we felt it. And the bed was squishier than I like, but some may prefer that.

This is an amli building in the center of downtown that has converted a few units to daily rentals. Location is great. We had a 2 bedroom unit which had 2 baths. That last was great. The sofa bed wasn’t a mattress - more of a flat sofa. Also we had to request a blanket for the sofa bed that wasn’t able to be brought to the next day. Request was at 9pm.
Needs some tlc in the unit. There were some slider webs and the floor (concrete) could use a good mopping. The paint has seen better days and there were some holes in the wall that haven’t been repaired. Also only some of the shades worked - they had been of the rollers or whatever they’re called.
