I am absolutely in love with this Hilton Garden Inn property. The close proximity to everything made getting around so convenient, the aesthetics were amazing, and the staff were simply lovely! And can we talk about the food, comfortable beds, and serene atmosphere? 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I wish there was a parking garage or lot. However, their valet service is TOP TIER!

Rooftop was nice. Valet service was great.
Room was dirty. There was urine all over the base of the toilet and hair on the shower curtain. Valet cost is ridiculous.

Beautiful, comfy and spacious rooms.
Although close to UT campus, it’s a bit far from downtown.

Location
Our room did not get cleaned. We asked for clean towels and never got them. The towels were very worn with holes. The pillows were paper thin and not supportive.
