Modern, spacious and well located with excellent communal facilities.
The entry process was overly convoluted especially the parking arrangements.

Decor, location and facilities were outstanding
Technical difficulties on 1/3 tvs and an unemptied trash can were only faults.

Great location. Restaurants within walking distance (try The Well). Bats on Congress bridge within walking distance. Town Lake trail right there. Very secure property. Quiet. Good kitchen.
Only had one wash cloth per bathroom for a 3 night stay! Bathroom floors are dangerously slippery with wet feet (need mats by bathtub and sink). Ceiling fan operation needs to be made clearer.

I parked my car in the car park and could t get into it as they said the car park fob wasn’t working
I took a ticket out and when I asked the stiff at kasa about it they told me I did t ask for Parking
How do you think I got there
By car and no parking
That really upset me and spoiled my trip
I had to pay 48 dollars and I could of put it outside for free if I knew
$$$$
