We love the location and the restaurant and bar options.Chevi made us feel welcomed and acknowledged that I was a member of the loyalty program. She got us a great room and even gave us a credit towards f&b because of the loyalty club.

The customer service is absolutely superb. From the cooks, waiters, front desk, room attendants, and even the night security guard. I’m absolutely impressed. It’s right next to everything. Even a 24 hour 7-11.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Easy check-in.
Bathroom shower was great. Towels not so much. Towels were hard and thin. They can use a refresh.
Our room was on the 27th floor. Loud guests were encountered.
Had to shlep to lobby on the 2nd from the 27th floor to get ice. Not very convenient.
Also on- site valet parking was $65.00/ day.
