Didnt stay

Didnt stay, owner didnt turn up, and never picked up phone, no replys to whatsapp messages or sms messages, absolutely no communication skills whatsoever.

It was horrible, I faced silent treatment, wasted lot of time and were threatened with shooting.

They are not professional, no hectic, no respect and no humanity with guests. The coordinator Celio Santiago is like a mad man. And it looks like they fraud guests and don't follow the recommendation of booking.com When I confirmed the booking online, they sent me a email with bank account details to put money or the booking will be cancelled immediately. I did not see the email and went to the property at the time to check in. I called and spoke with Celio Santiago who told me that he will speak with worker there and get back to me. He then switched off the phone and I couldn't contact them. Someone advised me to go to his resistance which was nearby. I called him at his residence but he did not answer, his wife was there but did not collaborate, while I was asking her why she is not collaborating as I want to speak with him. This man used fire weapon and made many shoot against me while I was in the car with my son, I had to run away fast.
