The view from the room is excellent, directly above the pool with the beach just a few meters away. It was fantastic to watch the waves from our bed.
Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The kitchen has all of the desired appliances.
It is nice to be able to walk along the beach at low tide.
It is disappointing to have no nearby restaurants to walk to but this is fully understandable following the shocking fires of 3 years ago.

The complete and absolute contrast between the week we spent at the Marriott Maui Resort, with its morning whiff of chlorinated pools and happy chatter of kids playing when I opened the balcony doors and the calm, mild whiff of charred wood that still surrounds the shores.
I moved less than 10 miles, from opulence to a community of but one operational building in a sea of urban destruction. A community still trying to recover from devastating natural fires. A community where I felt at home.
The fact that we had only one bright and clear day in two weeks.

Ver pleasant condo unit. Location right on the beach was great. The unit was thoughtfully stocked for comfort & convenience. The host was very welcoming and helpful.
