We always enjoy our stay no matter our accommodations. However, this condo does need a little rehab.

Fairly quite property, located in the heart of nearly everything. Within walking distance to shop, explore, eat and relax.

Outdated condo that needs to be properly upgraded. Noisy/squeaky A/C unit. Why is parking for a paid unit an additional $40.

Great location but the additional expenses for parking and laundry was ridiculous.

Location and price

Had to pay for parking and laundry on top of the rental, queen bed was hard as rock and hinda bed was broken down, refrigerator had a layer of dust on top of it, didnt have a regular broom and dustpan.

It's ok for last minute

Liked how closely it was located to the beach and the covered parking, but other kept parking in the assigned spots so was a bit of an issue Home was clean

There are 2 spot assigned to condo which is nice but others kept parking in spots Walls seem thin and overall experience was meh No elevator just stairs which was fine except wit the toddler

Overall place not what we thought for we paid to stay

Location

Thought it was ocean front . It was very outdated , toaster had to hold down to toast your toast. The air went out and it got 80 % in room took most of day to get fixed . The floor in master bedroom had dirt all over floor . Bathroom was clean and water pressure was great . Poor was freezing wish it was heated .
