Good off street parking spot. Spacious updated kitchen with lots of counter space. Double vanity in bathroom provides plenty of counter space. Bathroom was clean and updated. Hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, toaster, microwave and oven available. Mini splits for air conditioning worked great. 1.5 miles from downtown. Seemed like a safe neighborhood, with a couple oddities listed below. Some condiments, pots/pans, dishes and coffee supplies on hand. Bedrooms are good size. One bedroom has a closet of good size and a full size bed, the other bedroom does not have a closet and has a queen size bed. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash on hand. One face cloth, one hand towel and many bath towels on hand. Linens, pillows and blankets provided. Apartment was clean. Mattresses were comfortable, but the full size bed was way to small for my husband and I. The queen size bed was sufficient for the other couple we traveled with. Check-in instructions were very good and accurate.
Size of beds were not listed in description, smaller than we had hoped for. The shower head is broken, water was dripping from sprayer and mostly coming out behind the shower head, nearly impossible for us girls to get the shampoo/conditioner out of our hair. There was no where in the shower to put a bar of soap or any hair products. There are no coffee cups on site for the coffee maker. There are no patio cushions for the outdoor furniture. A bit strange that there is a camper with people in it, on the property, but fenced off from the backyard. We heard a child and the air conditioner was running. We were also outback one night and a drone was being flown overhead and hovering steadily over us for about 15-20mins. It was coming from the connecting backyard eventhough there was a 6ft concrete wall separating the two backyards. Very strange. The lock to the door was also giving us issues when trying to lock it. Electronic lock didnt always fit the door jam strike correctly. Had to finagle it to get it to lock. The door was very hard to open and close. The gate closed and latched behind us one night and the latch was on the inside. The tallest person was able to unlatch it by reaching up and over the gate. It was dark and not an ideal situation. Without the weird camper and drone situation, this apartment would have definitely met our expectations.

The property seemed well put together. There was complimentary drinks which is really nice.
The floor was dirty. There’s no light leading to the place at night. My mom and I went to the Morgan Wallen concert and we came back around midnight the house was completely dark. It was very noisy there was people talking loudly on the other side of the wall.
