The location was fine, five minutes walk from the metro station.Unfortunately it takes around 45 minutes to get to the city centre. The neighbourhood was nice although it was a little dirty.I do not have any complaints about the cleaning, the room was in a perfect condition.
If you are planning your trip around the summer i would strongly advise you not to choose this place. The AC has some kind of an eco-friendly mode which cannot be changed so the room is really hot.Basically you do not have any AC and we had to keep the windows open all night. It was really annoying. The owner responded very quickly before we arrived, but once we did he stopped. We asked for some kind of fan because it was really hot but we did not get a feedback. Also on the last day we asked if its possible to leave our luggage for two hours in the building and there was still no answer. There arent any necessities like iron or soap and shampoo in the bathroom so you will have to get those yourself.
