Brand new, clean apartment with everything we needed for a self-catering stay - really spacious for the price. Great location if you have a car: close to the southern beaches (Es Trenc and others), easy parking right at the property. Good windows, nice shower, and a lovely outdoor shower by the pool for rinsing off after the beach - very convenient. There's even a tap right by the entrance to wash sand off your feet before going in. Barbecue area available, which we used and enjoyed. Very quiet surroundings. We'd also read some reviews about occasional water or electricity issues at other fincas nearby - we had none of that, everything worked reliably throughout our stay. In the evenings there was sometimes a faint smell from the neighbouring farm, but it never bothered us - if anything, it added to the rural atmosphere.
A dishwasher would be a great addition - hand-washing everything gets old fast, and it's also hard to know how thoroughly previous guests washed up.
Tap water didn't taste fully fresh to us, so we ended up buying bottled water for the whole stay.
We left bread out uncovered on our first evening and got ants - once we started keeping food sealed and put away, they never came back. Worth mentioning to future guests in the welcome info.
A washing machine in the apartment would be very welcome - there's definitely enough space for one.
The mattress and pillows are on the thin/basic side (nice new IKEA furniture otherwise) - a bit more support would improve sleep quality.
The indoor table is quite small, so eating inside wasn't really practical - we ended up on the terrace every time, which was nice but not always convenient (e.g. in the heat or wind).
No cleaning during our stay - probably not expected for a short stay, but a light clean every 2-3 days would be a nice touch for longer bookings.

La tranquilidad y el entorno, ya que es un auténtico remanso de paz, alejado del ruido y de las zonas más concurridas de la isla. El alojamiento es muy bonito y las zonas comunes están genial, con piscina, barbacoa (un planazo para hacer alguna comida, cena especial y super equipada), mesas, bancos corridos, microondas… Además, el personal es súper amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte en lo que necesites.
Es una ubicación en el interior, por lo que para salir a tomar algo, cenar o visitar otros lugares es necesario coger el coche, algo que ya teníamos en cuenta al reservar.
Como aspectos a mejorar, durante nuestra estancia de 10 noches no hubo ningún cambio de sábanas ni toallas, ni se realizó limpieza, y tampoco disponíamos de escoba para poder hacerlo nosotros mismos. Probablemente, con haberlo solicitado se habría solucionado, pero creemos que no debería ser necesario tener que pedirlo. Consideramos que debería estar previsto de manera automática algún servicio de limpieza y cambio de ropa cada 2-3 días, independientemente de la duración de la estancia. Tener que ir solicitándolo cada pocos días puede resultar una situación algo incómoda para el huésped.
También la piscina puede quedarse algo pequeña cuando coinciden huéspedes de varios apartamentos.

Výborne vybudovaný areál s apartmánmi, terasou a záhradou, ale najmä veľmi pekný bazén hneď pred apartmánom. Jednoduché a účelné zariadenie interiéru. Ľahké parkovanie automobilu vedľa apartmánu.
V okolí na poliach prebiehalo hnojenie a večer ho bolo cítiť.
