Horrible temperature inside the cabin

Beautiful cabin. Very clean.

Extremely hot and stuffy inside cabin despite opening all windows for that expected mountain cool breeze. Very uncomfortable temperature inside cabin and upstairs was even more unbearable. No fans provided. (All my previous bookings usually provide fans and all necessary accessories)Had to buy a fan at CVS which added a little comfort at night.! And FYI no complimentary hour offered, out of cabin at 10:00 AM Booking.com usually offers 1 hr complimentary hour. Customer support service was NO HELP and did not satisfy customer request!!!!WILL NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING THIS CABIN!!!!!!
