I was disappointed as it was not disclosed that areas of the property would be shared and used as a social space.

A good location

It was advertised as a private room and bathroom, however when I arrived it turned out to be a private room inside a busy house hold. I was not expecting having to walk through a busy and noise living room / kitchen area in order to get to the private room. This booking was really not what I expected and the advert on booking.com was misleading. As I was unhappy with the property I did not stay and immediately left and requested a refund. The owner has refused a refund which is really unfair as the description was misleading .

The people downstairs were lovely and accommodating!!

That it was overbooked, and I had no place to stay the night!!

La ubicación para ser Londres está bien, ya que hay buena conexión con autobuses, y la zona es tranquila.

No sabíamos que era una habitación dentro de la casa de una familia. Entras por el salón/cocina de la casa y la habitación está arriba. Ellos hacen vida en estos espacios. Independientemente de esto, no tuvimos ningún problema. La habitación es tal cual las imágenes. En cuanto a la limpieza, destacar que no estaba muy limpia la verdad. Otro fallo es que el baño no tenía ningún tipo de ventilación, y olía bastante fuerte a tubería. La cama era bastante incómoda. Sinceramente me parece incluso caro para lo que es.
