Mixed Experience: Great Location, Poor Soundproofing
The Highlights:
• Location: Excellent. It is a convenient 20-minute walk to the city center.
• Value: Great price for the area.
• Maintenance: We had no hot water on the first night, but the staff responded quickly and fixed the issue immediately.
The Downside:
The biggest issue is the extremely thin walls. The soundproofing is virtually non-existent; even normal conversation seems to disturb neighbors. During our stay, other guests banged on the walls in the middle of the night on two separate occasions just because we were talking.
Summary:
While the location and price are hard to beat, the lack of privacy and noise insulation made for a stressful stay. If you are a light sleeper or travel in a group, be aware that you may have noise issues with neighbors.

The room was quite wide, with everything I needed. I could use the coffee maker and microwave in the kitchen, and also keep some food in the fridge. The bath was clean, wide and there was hair drier. I stayed 4 nights , and it was a comfortable place.
