Great communication, location, space and clean

Lovely back yard great for pets, however, no direct access. We improvised and enjoyed the swings and firepit. Older home nicely renovated, neat and clean. Rental and check in process very smooth and we appreciated that they accepted pets.

Katie’s place was great and she is an excellent host. The pictures represent the house well. Pros: Very clean and well stocked. Plenty of seating room in the living room. Well stocked kitchen as far as utensils and she even provided regular and decaf coffee. Great fully fenced back yard for dogs as well as for entertaining. Comfortable beds. Close to a nice park at the end of the block (including a dog park)Cons: Tiny master bathroom, knees almost rub the wall when sitting on the toilet. (Not a problem unless you’re a big person.) Microfiber sheets (only an issue if you’re particular and prefer natural fiber sheets. I went to TJ Maxx and bought my own cotton sheets for our stay) Some bathroom towels were stained and had holes. Steep driveway. We brought our pups and they had plenty of space on the back yard. There is a great dog park at the end of the block to throw the ball and run around also. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The back yard was set up so cute for relaxing with a firepit and seats and a bbq too. The pictures represent the house well. The second master bathroom is very tiny but it worked for us. Bring your own sheets if you don’t like microfiber sheets.
