• Modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower
• Full-size kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, cooking wares
• Open-concept living area

• A designated fitness space includes free weights, elliptical, leg pressing machine. Great for travelers who want to stay on track with wellness goals.
• Private entrance and keyless check-in
• Full climate control (heating & A/C)

• Please respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Safety & Use
• Use gym equipment at your own risk.
• No outdoor shoes on carpeted areas.
• Please report any damage immediately.
Cleanliness
• Kindly wash any used dishes before checkout.
• Place all used towels in the laundry basket provided.
• Take out trash if staying 3+ nights (bin is labeled outside on the side walk).

Great place to stay close to Clemson. It is a simple very clean set up with one bedroom, a full bathroom and kitchen in the basement. Host is a great communicator. Looking forward to staying there again.

The property was perfect for a quick weekend visit to see our son. Easy to access, very clean and just as described. Host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely consider booking again if we need a smaller place to stay.

My best friend and I were in town for Rock the Country, and we were lucky enough to be the very first guests to stay at this rental — and it did not disappoint! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly as described. You can tell the host put a lot of thought into making sure everything was comfortable and welcoming. Communication was quick and easy, and they went out of their way to check in and make sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend — and excited to see future guests enjoy it as much as we did! I would absolutely stay again.
