Close proximity to Chase Field. Roof top space to include pool and hot tub was a really nice space. People at the desk during the day were nice. Bed was comfortable.
Room 2111: Bathroom without adequate towel hooks-there was one hook by shower that was maximum in height 1/2” so towel would not stay on hook easily. Another of the same hook for hand towel by sink. Towel bar over toilet but could only hang hand towel due to not high enough above toilet for bath towel. Only place to put stuff in shower was the floor. Toilet seat ring had to be held in place when you sat down because it was barely attached. Floor rugs very small-probably 12 x 18–caused water runoff from open shower door to put a large puddle on floor. Shower drain with some mold. Toilet paper holder slanted down and loose. I wondered at times if someone was blind-folded and had to hang hooks, bar and holder on wall with too few tools? You had to stand on bed to pull ceiling fan chains for light and fan-no remote or wall switch. Nice, very large window next to bed with a light filtering shade-unfortunately the room was very well lit at dawn and needs blackout curtains like a hotel. 2 of 3 elevators working. Filthy hallway carpet on floor 21.
Communication-was ask arrival time and it was before 4:00pm checkin time (which is 1 hour later than industry standard). Check out at 10 a.m. is one hour earlier than industry standard. I was told let me check about earlier checkin-but crickets. Then, I got a text saying I could not check in early and then another text saying I could checkin 1.5 hours early and the $49 fee would be waived. Did the fee just get pulled out of air?
Will stick with Airbnb or VRBO because they are better furnished and put many very nice touches in the property. Unit bathroom needs overhaul.
