Free shuttle to the hotel! And extremely secured place. Most importantly, the lady coordinating my entire stay... from pre check in to check out to left luggage to airport dropoff shuttle ... simply AMESOME. Her name is Ms Maria Rosaria... simply awesome and thank you so much! She's always there to reply to my messages and always responsive. I didn't know how to switch on the air con (my ignorance really) and she came all the way to the property and my room to solve that! Thank you so much!
Many of the staff did not speak English but that's not a problem because we had Ms Maria!!

Location,staff,Shuttlebus perfect and very friendly! Room very clean and modern. All facilities. Sound proof from outside sound.
There are no restaurants as per the description . Only takeaways. We stayed Saturday to Sunday. No one was working at the building site right in front of the B&B thank god!!! They're building a metro at the moment. I was asking for a bath as a request, answer was yes. But when we arrived, they said ,4 rooms and only showers. Room beside us was heating broken. Lots of loud talk at 1am.

Property was close to the Airport.
The website stated that there was a Kettle but there was none. We booked for 4 people & there were only 2 cups & 1 knife.
When we arrived it was about 38 degrees & we could not get in through the gate. This was disappointing.
Staff had no English & it was really difficult to communicate.
