I've stayed in many properties here in Old San Juan and this property has been my absolute favorite! From the staff to the room I booked and everything in between was absolutely perfect! I will be booking here again as well as suggesting Casa Lucienne to all my friends and family! ♡♡♡

Fantastic stay in heart of Viejo San Juan. Everything about this house is magical and my room (Lucienne Suite) exceeded my expectations. The staff was very accommodating and I enjoyed every bit of my experience. Will definitely stay here again. Heads up: this is an old house with three flights of steep stairs and no elevator, so not the most accessible for some.

Loved staying here. It was centrally located in Old San Juan and was walking distance to most things we wanted to check out in this area. The hotel was excellent with beautiful architecture, clean facilities, and friendly staff. It was also perfect for a couples vacation as it felt appropriately secluded, romantic, and peaceful being a smaller, adults-only hotel.

Casa Lucienne was perfect to unwind and relax. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and peaceful. Julian took excellent care of us and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to explore San Juan. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return!
