The location was awesome! It's right in Old San Juan and easily walkable to tons of things, and also conveniently located next to an area with less traffic for an easier rideshare or taxi pickup/dropoff. The check in and check out process were very easy and straightforward. The room had everything I needed and the balcony was a bonus.
It was fine for me, but this is a very noisy property. You can hear lots of things outside as well as the lobby/other units. The bathroom is also on the smaller side which can make it challenging if you need a little more space to get ready.

Location was great. Room was comfortable and a good price for the money.
Our manager Geronimo was the sweetest person ever. He came personally to explain a misunderstanding and we spent some time getting to know him after they allowed us to keep our luggage in their storage for most of the day.
There wasn't a coffee maker even in the common area. It's a very small thing that makes a big difference. Some people like to have a son as they wake up without having to leave the premises.
