Great place to stay!

The beautiful Italian Villa was everything we hoped for. The place has the historic feel with all the modern amenities you need. The space was perfect for our extended family. We held a small family reunion and the open kitchen/dining area worked perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked, the entire place was spotless and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Experience Newton in this historical remodeled Villa with a fully furnished kitchen and outside grilling. The Villa is close to Emma creek Barn and Grace Hill venues. The bedrooms feature 3 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and 3 full beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Enjoy the bathtub, double sink, shower in the villa.
This fabulous property also offers amenities like a hair dryer, shampoo, soap and conditioner ,heating, iron, AC, and a fitness room. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.
