- Kitchen equipment very complete
- Basic supplies available like salt, pepper, oil, washing pods
- Spotless cleaned
-Nice bathroom with towels
- Entrance door securely locked so only access via a key
-Very big parking area available with free parking nearby
-Warm welcome via WhatsApp and drinks in the refrigerator
-Location is great. Near the beach, supermarket, restaurants and shops
- Only airconditioning in the living room. Not a problem, but I imagine it can be very warm in the small room with the bunk bed.
- Neighbor upstairs starts walking on non soundproof footwear every day at 7:00 am. Yes, also on weekends
- The absence of a shower slide bar to hang your shower head
- WiFi was not available for the complete rental period (except for one afternoon and evening)
Owner contacted the provider, but the could not solve the problem during.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect—very central and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops.
The communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out, which we really appreciated.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Moraira. We would definitely love to come back!

Todo estupendo. Desde.la atención de Claudia hasta los pequeños detalles. Está reformado, se ve nuevo. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. Limpisimo y muy bien cuidado.
Eramos 2 adultos y una niña. Todo perfecto
