- sa localisation à 15/20 min à pieds du centre ville mais au calme de l’agitation de la ville
- literie confortable mais mériterait d’y avoir des couettes
- la douche avec suffisamment de débit
- la piscine de bonne taille mais très très sale lors de notre passage
- petit déjeuner correct
- places pour se garer dans la rue
- les portes communicantes entre les chambres qui nous donne l’impression d’être dans la même chambre que les voisins. Nous avons eu des voisins particulièrement bruyant au milieu de la nuit, et après être descendu le dire à l’agent de réception qui leur a signalé, rien à changer. Nous n’avons pu dormir que longtemps après.
- nous avons dû changer de chambre la dernière nuit car notre climatisation ne fonctionnait plus, cela a été pénible à 22h de bouger toutes nos affaires.

Spotlessly clean, extremely modern and new facilities, nice pool and rooftop chilled up there a couple of days working on my laptop, free toiletries, room cleaning everyday, free water, good location like a ten minute walk from the centre of Merida. Friendly small team of staff members, laundry service for good price :) definitely worth staying there if you’re visiting Merida good value for money I spent an initial 5 nights there then stayed for 4 more.
Little things could make this place even better put some towels on the roof specifically for use at the pool and a bin in the main room not just the bathroom apart from that I can’t fault the place.

Todo me encantó desde el primer día que llegamos, la atención del personal, la recámara estaba en excelentes condiciones, las instalaciones limpias, la alberca nos encantó,excelente todo!!

Het zijn fijne kamers, maar wel gehorig. Wij hadden de eerste kamer na de receptie en dat was niet fijn. ‘s ochtends werden wij vroeg wakker van het geluid. Het zwembad had er vies en troebel water waardoor wij er niet in durfden.
Het personeel probeerde alles te begrijpen maar niemand sprak een woord Engels. Het ontbijt was erg eenvoudig.
