Really clean and like a home from home. Beds made up on arrival. Cleanest bedding ive ever seen outside of my own home. Anything we had forgotten was there. Anything we needed but didnt know we needed was there too. Great location and nice and quiet.

The accommodation greatly met our expectations and my kids loved the environment. They played around and it was a walking distance to fantasy Island playground and the beach. I recommend 100%
The internet connection was crap which was not the fault of the accommodation i would guess. We used our mobile internet

The caravan is in a decent area not far from the clubhouse about 100 yards at a guess and about a 10-15 minute walk to the rides nice decking area. Inside is set out nicely more than enough room big couches plenty beds.nice and bright and quite modern.
Messeged a couple weeks prior asking if it came with linen no reply. Was messaged 30 mins before arrival to say hoover was broke so couldn't hoover floors so it was a bit dirty to be fair. Advertised as having WiFi but it does not I messaged to ask where it was but got no reply. Tv in bedroom didn't do anything as it has no ariel or WiFi. No toilet roll. No frying pans in kitchen to cook breakfast unfortunately but the clubhouse is good for that. All in all was OK lack of communication had me thinking It did not exist but it does. Needs better housekeeping and communication and it would be perfect
