Everything - extremely modern and clean. Great facilities and perfect location, the room was beautiful and well equipped for our girl’s trip, and the staff was lovely and always so helpful.
The gym could be a bit more functional

We rented 2 apartments for my children and me. Our stay felt like home with the service of a luxury hotel. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped: kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, everything. Beds were very comfortable with both soft and firmer pillow options. The pool, sauna, and lounge were excellent. The location is unbeatable too: two minutes from TerraCity Mall, with plenty of restaurants and services nearby. A heartfelt thank you to the team: at reception, Naz, Tunahan, and Ediz were incredibly supportive, offering great city tips and making us feel at home; in the lounge, Yakub Efendi kindly showed us how to use the coffee machines; and Khadija Hatun from housekeeping cared for our apartments with warmth and impeccable attention to detail. They truly made our stay special.
For longer family stays, it would help to include more cleaning supplies for dishes and laundry.
Also, a small clarification: the complimentary breakfast mentioned in some guides is no longer available, so updating that information would help set clear expectations for future guests.
