We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the very friendly staff. It was my daughter’s birthday, and the lady who was working the night shift on September 4th helped us a lot. We are very grateful to her. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but we would like to say a big thank you!
We would have liked to see a wider selection at breakfast. The choice of hot food is quite limited, and sometimes there is not much fruit available.

Everything was good. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.
We would have liked to have more variety at breakfast.
During our stay, the hammam was not working, and the pool that is specifically for the hammam was very cold. It would have been nice if the pool could have been made a little warmer, at least while the hammam was out of service.

Moderne Einrichtung.
Room Service war nicht besonders gut da es nicht besonders gut gereinigt wurde. Desweiteren haben kleine details gefehlt wie z.b. teils loste steckdosen oder eine blinde steckdose welches mit silikon hingeklebt wurde aber der kleber nicht mehr hält und darunter sich lose kabel befinden. Sehr gefährlich! Der Pool befindet sich hinter dem Gebäude und sieht garnicht die Sonne, wasser sehr kalt.

So the property is in a really good place and very clean.
The staff are THE BEST❤️ and are extremely helpful
The curtains are not heavy and they don’t have any blackouts so the room gets really really bright from early in the morning
The bed has no duvet cover which is my first time to experience at the hotel
The breakfast is way below average and there is a guy wt the restaurant with a very short temper. He would get really angry if i asked for more milk for my coffee ( dont book with breakfast)
