Lokalizacja - 30 min drogi autem z lotniska lub ok 1h autobusem miejskim. Hotel w cichej dzielnicy willowej, blisko klifowego nabrzeża, w okolicy dużo restauracji, dobrych, blisko do przystanku autobusowego. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i miła. Od samego początku - kontakt był bardzo dobry, byli responsywni. Wszyscy mówią po angielsku.
Śniadania ok, świeże. Kawa i woda dostępne cały dzień w lobby. Basen mały, kilka leżaków nad basenem. Dostępne ręczniki basenowe – w recepcji pobiera się karty i wymienia je na ręczniki w spa. Pokój i hotel bardzo czysty. Sprzątanie pokoju na życzenie. Z hotelu jest bus na plażę, od rana, do chyba 13:15. Powrót o 18:00. Ale warto dopytać obsługę plaży o godzinę busu powrotnego. Na plaży leżaki i parasole za darmo. Natomiast nie można wnosić jedzenia i napoi, gdyż przy plaży działa restauracja. Obsługa miła, sprawnie obsługuje, nie są namolni, nie robią scen jak nic się nie zamówi. W hotelu wifi dobrze działa. Sauna sucha i parowa oraz hammam dostępne dla gości za darmo. Telewizor w lustrze:)
Brak kompletu informacji, co oferuje hotel, jak np. bus na plażę i zasady skorzystania z niego czy info o ręcznikach basenowych. Warto zgłosić godzinę przed wyjazdem chęć wyjazdu na plażę w recepcji. Kawa w pokoju dodatkowo płatna. Impreza nad basenem, bo głośno było. Wysokie ceny w spa.

I loved how clean everything was but most importantly I loved the spa. The hammam massage was the best one I’ve had in turkey. Thanks to Rina, Bum and the front desk ladies at the spa - Olga and Zufiya. You are gems! Thank you for a fab time and going out of your way to make sure I had a great experience. Love from the UK

Hotel is brand new and spotlessly clean and brilliantly fresh, white towels.
Coffee and cake (if you are quick) available in the lobby all day long as well as cold lemon water. Breakfast was good - selection of eggs, salad, breads, fruit. No live station.
Spa turkish scrub and massage was great - cost TL5, 600
15-20 minute walk to the lower Duden waterfall and nice restaurants and coffee shops along the way.
There was no duvet/blanket in the room, only a thick sheet. As the hotel is in a mostly residential street, a dog barked non-stop all night (I have recordings). The rooms are situated around an enclosed atrium style so every door closing/banging shut echoes. The doors are not soundproof and as I was on the first floor, room 104, all conversations from the reception could be heard. There is no restaurant on the premises so no room service available either. I paid TL5,600 (US$115) for a great hamam scrub and massage and then had a manicure and pedicure which was priced at TL5,000, though I got 10% discount as a follow up treatment but at $92 it was not worth it. It was a basic cut and file - no soaking, scrub, hand/foot mask or paraffin so would not recommend for the price. Following my treatment on the first day, I said I would be back the following day for a face massage. When I went the following day, a weekday, I was told the lady responsible was off that day. If you advertise specifically as a spa, I would expect all services advertised to be available during my stay. As I had gone for 2 days' pure relaxation, not touring - hence the reason I stayed out from Antalya main town - I did not get what I came for.

Really beautiful hotel with modern facilities.
Breakfast was disappointing, not much choice and a lot of things were cold.
