Staff where very friendly
Warned me room i had booked was under insulated where happy for me to cancel. Im not sure if this fact is clear prior to booking
Gardern was poorly maintained,overgrown grass. There were no facilities for drying clothes the few were broken.
Neighborhood a bit rundown. The advertisements gave the impression of beachfront access yet the beach is miles away. Even though transport is provided its clearly different from stating its beach front. We were driven to this beach bamboo which lacks the basic amenities vs the public beaches around water-hill aqua park. I think guests need to be given beach access not being shepherded to an overly expensive under developed bambo beach site
