Location was good, nice friendly place.
No defined parking or instructions as to where to park. No live TV. Kitchen is roughly finished - wall unit squint on wall - I would advise you to check it in case it is loose. Down stairs and its garden is run down. Some road noise but not too much. Overall the flat is good.

Nice location, clean and comfortable
The location doesn't look great when you first turn up. The downstairs flat is very poorly maintained and doesn't look great when you first turn up it looks like a drug addicts house with badly maintained doors / windows and there was an old mattress pushed up against the wall. Parking is ok but not clear where you can / can't park.
