A spacious and well-equipped apartment in a pretty village about five km from Vipitino. Very quiet with plenty of walking possibilities. Afternoon tea/coffee was complimentary and the breakfast was extensive and well-provided. Indeed the scrambled eggs were cooked for us and were the best we have had on this holiday. Very friendly staff, especially a young man who spoke excellent English, which was very helpful. Private parking for our car. And a washing machine and tumble-drier was one of the reasons we chose Bircher. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
No ironing board. A simple evening meal would have been good, although we did get a very nice one at the hotel next door. Air conditioning or at least a fan would have been nice in this extremely hot weather.

This is a fab place, so authentic and so nice. It is highly recommended if you want an authentic experience. The owners are so kind and very hospitable. The breakfast is just wow with a lot of options. Oh and what I like most, the owner made some very nice recommendations, where to eat, what to visit etc. For example, Brixen city was a very nice surprise for me as this was not my first time in the area, but never visited this city. We will come back! :)
