This apartment was great for our family. Super clean and beds were really comfy. Nice and central and was a good base to go and explore Wellington from. Had everything we needed! Great communication from host.
We had a rooftop box on our 4wd and unfortunately it didn’t fit in the garage. But there was plenty of parking out on the roadside so didn’t affect us too much.

The kids enjoyed the pool.
the range hood in the property did not work and hasn’t for some time as the property smells unpleasant upstairs. The key collection instructions were poor and after walking around in the rain for some time I needed to get directions from the host as to where to find them as they are no where near the entrance to the property. There was a total of 4 towels provided for a family for 5 days when a pool is one of the highlights ? There was no cloths to wipe down surfaces and the ventilation in the bathroom doesn’t appear to work as there was steam in the downstairs area. I don’t mean to sound like a grouch but this didn’t meet my expectation based on my previous stays at apartments at this price point. In saying that if the host wanted to, a little maintenance and care would make the experience better.

Basement carpark, well equipped clean apartment & informative owner.
Bonus: Bakery downstair (Gramercy) got divine croissant, canele & lemon meringue tart.
