OMG the view from the balcony is to absolutely die for, just magical!! I feel so grateful to this owner for sharing their property with us, such a special experience. Really easy to jump on whichever ferry is leaving soonest, tap on and off, and arrive very quickly in Circular Quay, in style! The flat is recently spruced up and the space is great. Building easy to find and easy to get in.
To function properly as a BnB in keeping with the price and quality of the property, a lot of things need to be provided that were missing. I have been in touch with the owner and have detailed all the missing items, it was a long list! No way to make coffee, no bedside lamps, not enough lounge seating and more. No storage in the front bedroom. Apparently these things are all being addressed, so that next time we stay it will be more comfortable, which is great, because we will be back! 😁

Lack of kitchen facilities, no complimentary coffee sachets or tea or milk, limited plates, entirely inadequate aircon, locks stuck making accessibility delayed, no parking
