The location is in the heart of Sydney. The unit is quite comfortable, and you can park your vehicle conveniently. There are plenty of beds, and the room is warm. The mattress quality is quite good.
The bathroom is very small; it is somewhat difficult to apply makeup or brush one's teeth comfortably in there.
The upper and front balconies need cleaning.
The kitchen floor is very cold, likely because it is tiled.

The location was very central to the CBD, buses and restaurants. Off street parking was very useful. The hosts gave us a late checkout which we greatly appreciated.
It’s an old terrace house and upstairs floor boards creaked noisily when walked on.
