Well appointed. Lovely outdoor area. Very welcoming to have milk in the fridge & a vase of flowers. Thank you.
Limited storage, lack of spoons! The information guides were very limited as they applied to all Butler properties e.g. going to Chichester for a recommended place to eat was not a helpful suggestion. Same apples to initial information on cottage.

The property was stunning - we stayed in the Grooms Cottage and it had absolutely everything you could want and need from a cozy weekend away! The furniture was modern, it was really warm, and the hosts were really quick at responding when we requested a late check out.
No complaints! Only thing was a bit out of the way to walk to places, but a 10 minute walk to the local pub The Six Bells which was beautiful, and a 5-10 minute drive to either Arundel or Lyminster which was perfect! Zero complaints and was perfect for what we wanted

Spotlessly clean and well equipped with a high standard of decoration.
Good safe off road parking. Nice outside space.
Advertised it had A/C wardrobe and hair dryer these where not present
Also no storage for clothes or toiletries. Wrong key code supplied.
No instructions for TV or rubbish/recycling.
