The style of the cottage and garden is lovely
Little things were missing which would have made our stay more comfortable, for example:
spare toilet rolls, disposable kitchen towel & an extra tea towel, would have been really useful.
There was no wardrobe space for hanging up clothes, and the chest of drawer spaces in the main bedroom were taken up with extra bedding stored in them, leaving no room for clothes.
The descriptor of two bathrooms was inaccurate, as the property had only one bathroom with bath and shower, the 2nd bathroom, was in fact an additional toilet and wash hand basin. Separate bathrooms is one of my essential priorities for booking shared accommodation with a friend, so I was disappointed to have to share the bath and shower.
Car parking for the Cottage is only available for one vehicle, fortunately we were able to use one of the empty car park spaces, otherwise we would have to have found additional car parking elsewhere, which would not have been ideal.

Total privacy and high standard of finish. The cottage had everything we could ever need and the private garden sitting area was fabulous.
The digital lock was tricky to master. Even Houdini would have struggled with it.
