- 3 bedrooms | 5 beds | Sleeps up to 7 | 1 King, 2 queens, and a full/twin bunk bed
- Main-level primary bedroom with private loft and panoramic bay views
- Two main-level living areas + updated kitchen and dining room
- Lower-level living space with additional bedrooms and laundry
- Patio with comfortable seating + fire pit overlooking the water
- Direct access to the sandy beach and the crystal-clear East Bay
Guest Access:
- Entire waterfront home
- Private beach area
- Outdoor seating + fire table
- Garage + driveway parking - Room for 3 vehicles and/or trailers. Shared driveway, and not possible to turn trailers around.
- Kayaks and beach essentials that are at home are free to use, but not guaranteed as part of the stay.
The Neighborhood:
- Set on the quiet, scenic shores of East Bay
- Minutes to Traverse City shops, restaurants & wineries
- Close to Old Mission Peninsula, parks, trails & water sports
- Perfect for beach days, boating, and sunset views
Getting Around:
- Parking for 3 cars in the driveway
- Long shared driveway, turning around can be difficult

- Rental agreement required
- Photo ID + copy of ID required for reservation confirmation
- Primary renters must be 25+
- No parties or events
- No smoking
- Check-in: 4 PM

The views were amazing! Even though we didn’t have the best weather we were still able to enjoy views of the bay!
