Located in Gondola Village, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers true ski-in/ski-out access just steps from the Whiffletree SuperQuad. The Base Lodge and Sugarloaf Village are just a 60-second walk away, with dining, shopping, and après all close by.
Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed space that blends comfort and convenience with the little details that make a stay feel special. The well-equipped kitchen features premium appliances and everything you need for meals at home, with seating for six at the dining table plus three stools at the kitchen island. After a day on the mountain, settle into the spacious living room with a Queen Dream Sofa Sleeper and Smart TV.
The primary suite features a queen bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a custom tiled shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, Smart TV, and twin pull-out sleeper chair. A second full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and double vanity. Both bathrooms are stocked with thoughtfully selected toiletries, and in-unit laundry adds convenience throughout your stay.
Traveling with kids? We’ve made that easier, too. A highchair, pack-and-play with an upgraded mattress and sheets, step stool, toys, books, and games are available for younger guests. You’ll also find board games, playing cards, a cribbage board, and curated reading materials for relaxing evenings in.

My family had the best Easter weekend at The Legacy! We were barely settled in before saying, “we could live here!”
The newly renovated condo is gorgeous. The kitchen is fully set up and the knives were actually sharp! If you forgot to pack something, chances are it’s there.
Jessica was great to deal with and very responsive. She even left Easter chocolates for our daughter, which was incredibly thoughtful.
The whole place feels clean, cozy, and smells so good. You can tell how much thought went into everything. We can’t wait to go back!

Our stay at the Legacy was exactly what I imagine when I think of the perfect ski-in, ski-out experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Being able to park right outside the door made unloading and settling in incredibly easy.
The condo itself has a cozy, home-away-from-home feel. It was spotless and beautifully maintained, with new appliances and very comfortable furniture. The heated floors were an amazing bonus—especially after a long day on the slopes. Every part of the condo, from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms, felt high quality and thoughtfully put together.
The location couldn’t be better. The ski lift is just a few steps away, and the Sugarloaf village is right there as well. We never had to drive anywhere during our stay. One of the best parts was being able to ski right up to the door, come inside for lunch or coffee, and head back out again.
I also loved relaxing in the evening and watching the groomers working on the mountain at night—it really added to the whole ski resort experience.
The host thought of everything. Free snacks were a great touch, and the large boot dryer was an epic addition that made mornings much easier. Communication was excellent throughout the stay. Jessica was wonderful to deal with and responded to my questions very quickly.
Overall, the condo and host delivered a truly detailed and high-quality experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Sugarloaf ski getaway.

Ski-in/ski-out was amazing -- lift is right outside the door. The condo was very nicely decorated, the amenities were great, host definitely went above & beyond to make sure the space meets the needs of the guests.
