The house sits on a sunny hillside above the village, and the view from the terrace of the Karwendel and Hohe Munde is worth the trip on its own. Only four apartments, each themed around one of the elements: everything is thoughtfully designed, natural materials, all new and spotlessly clean. Fully equipped kitchen, a cozy seating area, and true silence — only birds and wind. After a day in the mountains — the sauna and the garden with its natural pond. Trails start right at the doorstep, and the village center is a pleasant walk away. The perfect place for those who want the mountains without the crowds. We’ll definitely be back.

Schöne Wohnung 😍 Perfekt organisiert. Sehr gemütlich. Gute, ruhige Lage. Schnucklige Sauna (auch im Sommer 🤣) Fitnessraum suuuuuper
Die Küche ist sehr klein. Zweckmässig für Frühstück aber richtig kochen eher eine Herausforderung.
