L'Ampiezza della Camera,la vista dal balcone, la vista intorno all'hotel. La qualità dei pasti è migliorabile, specialmente nella colazione, però è comunque di alto livello. Poi ovviamente mi è piaciuta la parte della Spa, sia le piscine che la tranquilla area saune.
Il parcheggio, Comunque troppo piccolo. Il fatto che lo snack offerto nel pomeriggio non comprendesse nessuna bevanda, che ovviamente bisognava pagare in più. Che cosa non mi è piaciuto? il fatto che, appena arrivata, una persona della reception mi ha accusata di aver graffiato la sua auto parcheggiata, nel parcheggiare la mia auto. Questa persona ha chiamato la polizia! La polizia Ha constatato che per la forma delle due auto era impossibile che io avessi potuto graffiare l'auto della receptionist, come io avevo già cercato di spiegargli. Purtroppo io ero arrivata da pochissimo e ho trascorso le prime 3 ore del mio soggiorno ad occuparmi di questo. La receptionist era spalleggiata da un suo collega. Nei successivi giorni non ho ricevuto scuse da nessuno. Ogni volta che sono passata davanti alla reception, mai un saluto. Mi domando se la direzione dell'hotel sappia di questo episodio...

We loved the room, the facilities, especially as a family with two young children, the food was lovely, staff were pleasant.
Nothing to say we didn't like but the hotel really needs to update room pictures on here as it doesn't reflect the new beautifully renovated rooms. 😄

Tolle Küche am Abend! Zimmerausstattung.
Frühstücksangebot, wenig Brotauswahl, fast alles leer um 10:30 Uhr/ obwohl Frühstück bis 11 Uhr.
Hotelbar- keine strukturierte Organisation/ Cocktails lieblos, Serviceleitung Restaurant hat schlechte,keine kundenorientierte Kommunikation!
