The staff on reception were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is tastefully designed - modern but in traditional materials. The breakfast buffet is probably the best we’ve ever had in a hotel - great variety, fresh, healthy and wholesome. We were on a road trip and we were given a parking space for the duration of our trip. The swimming pool is a bonus feature and is tastefully designed also. Our room had a balcony view overlooking the mountains. A lovely stay all round.
I wasn’t expecting the railway line to be so close to the hotel but this wasn’t an issue. Trains are infrequent and not noisy. The weather was very hot during our stay, so the balcony could have done with a parasol or awning.

Nice location close to the city center and ski slopes, friendly staff, tasty breakfasts and dinners
Not so comfortable beds, heating and ventilation system could be better, also Internet almost didn’t work in the room…
