Pinnacle Ridge 9 is a lodge-style 3-bedroom 3-bathroom townhome positioned perfectly to enjoy Schweitzer Mountain’s many amenities– just steps from Schweitzer Village and right on the ski trail. This condo features a newly renovated open floor plan with a modern kitchen, a bar with stools, and a delightfully rustic dining table that seats six. The living room has a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. On this level is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The top level features the master bedroom with King size bed and a large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, single-car garage with equipment storage, and a private hot tub off the back deck.

This townhome community has a location that can’t be beat, being both ski-in ski-out and nestled right next to Schweitzer Village. These multi-level townhomes feature a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, private balcony, washer and dryer, private hot tub, and a one-car garage. Ski access is via a homeowner’s trail behind the community that leads directly to the base area.

Schweitzer Property Management is the largest and most trusted property management company at Schweitzer. All guests with Schweitzer Property Management have access to the outdoor hot tubs and heated pool at the Selkirk Lodge.
