Lovely, clean, modern apartment

The apartment had all the amenities needed, including a GHD hairdryer!

Curtains let a lot of light through. Would have been nice to be able to block out the early morning sun.

Great place, bad customer service

The property itself is good and was very clean. If you turn a blind eye to the disappointing service, it can be a good option for your stay. And yes, the cleaning was really good, well done to the cleaner.

I didn’t appreciate the pre-arrival experience. There is no guest-centric approach which I recommend the owner to work better on. As others mentioned, 18€ extra payment, non-refundable of , to “guarantee” for any damages. Early check in only at extra cost, late check out at extra costs. No paper in the kitchen, no welcome amenity. Check in instructions complicated and managed to get to there at 15:15, as they would not allow me to go even half an hour earlier. Bed matress not very comfortable for my taste (but that might be a personal preference). In total, not great value for the money paid. I didn’t feel welcome, only felt as a paying guest, which is not good. I work myself in hospitality and know how you can still run a business yet be welcoming to the people. I believe if these things are sorted, the place has great potential.

Su hospitalidad es nula. No permiten ni 5 minutos antes para el check ni 5 minutos después para el check out. Mi estadía fue de 7 días y no me permitieron ni una hora. Una pésima experiencia. No vale lo que pagas porque lamentablemente no saben de hospitalidad. Suscribo todos los comentarios negativos en este sentido, ya que así se comportan.
