Beautiful room. Excellent layout and comfortable. Jacuzzi and bathroom facilities excellent. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Breakfast was great (if I can say it, there was too much food - but the pastries and cakes were excellent). 5 minutes walk to centre of Polignano a Mare. Communication with owners excellent both before and during our stay.
Good location to visit Polignano (the boat trips are well worth doing), Monopoli (surprisingly beautiful town) and we also used this as a base to visit Matera (1h 15 minute drive).
Room was relatively warm when we arrived and took us a while to work out the air conditioning. Room temperature comfortable once we understood how to operate. There was also difficultly with access to the pre booked garage parking space which owners very quickly resolved.

The property is lovely. Great attention to detail. Fantastic location to walk to everything. The freshly prepared breakfast delivered to our door was delicious. Very nice in every way.
There are many beautiful decorations but left little space for us to unpack our toiletries and other things. Couldn’t find space to hold the delicious breakfast trays with the place settings at the table. Maybe less of those things? Very thoughtful and beautiful though.
