Beautiful property, great views, clean, comfortable, isolated.
The only negative is/was that it is remote, which is good, but there isn't any cell service, so if you didn't write down the gate, door, and wifi passcode, you have to drive back into town, 10 or so miles, to get cell service so you can access the email with those numbers. I would have appreciated that they were more emphatic about that info when I booked, but the response I always got was that the info was in their "field guide," which again, you can't access without cell coverage. Two other things, the road and the shower. The road to the house is a dirt road that you take from the paved road, which I would guess is six miles long? I had an SUV, which was fine, but if you are going there in a car, I would reconsider. A NASA engineer designed the shower controls; fortunately, I am a NASA engineer, but it did take a while to figure out, so unnecessary, attractive but why?? Also, intermittent lack of hot water in the shower. Considering the quality of all the systems here, I am sure it is a glitch they probably weren't aware of until this review.
