Location, views, spacious, well equipped
No locks for fly screens
Poor lighting in bathroom - could do with light over mirror
Mold around window in bathroom , dirty cutlery drawer,
Needs placemats and coasters to protect surfaces.

There was no information via booking about key collection or how to check in. I never received any communication about my booking. I assumed the apartments were owned by pub next door, in which keys were collected. No information on key collection or within property as to check out.
There was so much maintenance needed - air cond remote down stairs, air cond kept turning off upstairs, door locks didn't lock, bed & lounge hard as rock.
Apartment was supposedly cleaned but there was sand on lounge, a dead cockroach, the blanket upstairs was wet (in walk in) and stairs not vacuumed.
Dinner at pub was worst meal I have had in a while - able to eat but small sizes, steak looked boiled and Asian salad didn't quite match description.
